The campus, in section.

The section runs library to halls of residence, with gates and readers between the buildings and a term-time datum beneath the floor line. A term-dated credential walks the same line a student does - library, lecture block, halls - and expires when the term does.

Induction week, measured.

Induction week concentrates a year of identity work into a few days. Pre-enrolment opens before arrival: students upload their own photo and walk in to collect a live badge. The card office runs print-encode-issue at < 90 s per badge, and Photon passes 95% of photos first time, against 20% for manual review.
