03 The locum shift

Onboarded before the night shift starts.

A locum arrives on the ESR feed with GMC or NMC registration and DBS status attached. ID-ware verifies the registers, applies the trust's policy, and issues the credential - < 4 min from ESR record to badge. The photo is the slow step in most trusts: Photon validates a self-service photo first time for 95% of staff, against 20% for manual review.
